01 / YOUR HOME, YOUR COMFORT

A bedroom you look forward to.

If upstairs stays warm while downstairs feels fine, start with that room. Airflow, ducts, insulation, and sun exposure can all play a part.

What we’ll look at

The room, its air supply, and the heat coming in.

A simple path to a comfortable home

Your AC installation, made simple.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Tell us what feels off.

Show us the warm rooms. Tell us about the noise. We’ll discuss your home and priorities before recommending the next step.

02 / CHOOSE

Know what you’re getting.

Compare the equipment, installation scope, and written coverage. Your proposal should make the complete price and any exclusions clear.

03 / ENJOY

Come home to cool air.

We’ll make sure it’s cooling, show you the thermostat and filter, and leave you with the warranty information and a number to call.

Your installation-day checklist
  • Know the plan. Confirm the equipment, included work, and expected time without cooling.
  • Make space. Coordinate access, pets, parking, and areas that need protection.
  • Confirm the paperwork. Ask who handles permits and any inspection appointments.
  • Keep the essentials. Save model numbers, written coverage, filter details, and the service contact.

Common installation questions.

Does new equipment fix a hot upstairs room?

It may help if the old equipment was the cause, but airflow, ducts, insulation, windows, zoning, and thermostat location can also matter. Identify the cause before assuming that more capacity will solve it.

Does every replacement need new ductwork?

No. Existing ducts may be suitable, need targeted improvements, or require more extensive work. Ask what will be inspected and what is included in your proposal.

Is the online size estimate a load calculation?

No. A square-footage estimate does not account for the full characteristics of your home. Final sizing should be supported by an appropriate heating and cooling load assessment.

What if I’m not happy after installation?

Your installation is backed by a one-year satisfaction guarantee. Contact the team if you have a concern. The guarantee details are included with your proposal.

Will installation always take one day?

The schedule depends on the equipment, number of systems, access, and scope. Ask for the expected outage and inspection plan for your project rather than relying on a general turnaround promise.

Plan the next step.
